Sam started his journey with us on the warehouse floor but soon realized he wanted to become a lift operator. With encouragement from his supervisor, Sam underwent the necessary training and has since excelled in his new role. This growth opportunity positively transformed Sam’s life. He enjoys being a dependable team member that others can rely on. His newfound confidence has even impacted his family life.

We value each person’s individuality and prioritize creating a work-life balance that accommodates their needs. Sam, for example, recently welcomed twin girls into his family. He’s grateful for our company’s support in helping him care for his family while maintaining a fulfilling career. Sam stated, “I feel confident that I can do anything — for example raising twins. I’m thankful to have a job that lets me do that.”
