I am a Senior Technical Support Representative at Simpson Strong-Tie and have been with the company since 1997. I found out about Simpson Strong-Tie from my friend’s brother. I have enjoyed working alongside great people and appreciate that you are given many opportunities for advancement and growth. It is a real blessing to work here. My job consists of checking work emails and salesforce queue inquiries. We also take calls throughout the day from designers, distributors, contractors and weekend warriors. On occasion, we also have the privilege of putting together product knowledge trainings for our sales teams. Great advice I was given was, “Never be afraid to try something new — it’s ok to fail. Failure is our biggest teacher.”
